Boat trips around the bay on reconditioned old hydrofoils leave the Yacht Club pier every hour or so and cost 4 AZN. The round trip takes about 40 minutes and, while there is no commentary and nothing specific to see, it does offer some splendid views of the city and an excellent perspective on the scale of construction city-wide.
If possible, sit on the outdoor deck at the rear of the craft for the best photo opportunities.
