Meysari has given a new lease of life to traditional local farming activities by renewing and expanding cultivation and directing it towards organic farming methods. Meysari invites you to uncork a bottle of one of its red, white, or rosé Shirvan wines, pour a glass, and taste the outcome of the delicate dance with Mother Nature.

Currently, the winery offers a variety of six wines made from a unique blend of French and Azerbaijani grape varieties. The "Ecocert" certification guarantees and highlights environmentally friendly and socially responsible practices.

Organic viticulture gives life back to the soil and promotes positive interactions between the soil, climate, and plants. Winemaking combines both art and science. Depending on the climate and soil minerals, the same type of grape can produce different results, resulting in different wine styles. Shirvan Wines appreciates the authenticity of its raw materials while using technological innovations to improve production efficiency and maintain high standards of hygiene.

The processing plant at Meysari Winery in Shamakhi is fully equipped in collaboration with "Pera-Pellenc," a leading French manufacturer of winemaking and vinification equipment. The company designs and manufactures machines, equipment, and tools to the highest quality standards by combining industrial performance with environmental responsibility.

After the winery excursion, guests will be invited to enjoy a wine tasting. Afterward, return to Baku.
